Introduction

Welcome to the Facility Use Policies page of Proforma C&B Elite. We are committed to providing a high-quality fitness experience for all visitors at our Fitness Room located within the Meadow Pointe III Community Development District (CDD). To ensure a pleasant and safe environment for everyone, we have established the following policies and guidelines. Please familiarize yourself with these rules before utilizing our facilities.

Operating Hours

The Fitness Room is open every day from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We kindly request all visitors to adhere to these hours for the smooth operation of the facility.

Membership and Access

In order to access the Fitness Room, visitors must hold a valid membership. Membership is available to residents of the Meadow Pointe III CDD aged 16 and above. To obtain a membership, please visit our website or contact our customer service team. Once you have a membership, you will receive a unique access code to enter the Fitness Room.

Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment within our Fitness Room. All visitors are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

  • Respect other visitors' personal space and privacy.
  • Refrain from using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language.
  • Use equipment and facilities properly and responsibly.
  • Keep the Fitness Room clean and tidy.
  • Adhere to the instructions and guidance provided by our trained staff.

Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

Equipment and Facilities

Our Fitness Room is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and other amenities to support your fitness goals. We kindly request visitors to:

  • Wipe down equipment after use with the provided disinfectant wipes.
  • Report any malfunctioning equipment to our staff immediately.
  • Refrain from bringing outside equipment into the Fitness Room without prior approval.
  • Store personal belongings in designated lockers to avoid accidents or theft.

Safety and Emergency Procedures

Your safety is our top priority. In case of emergency, we have implemented the following measures:
